Pressure is still high in the north and a rather, intense anticyclone covers south-eastern Australia, ■while the last of a series of shallow , westerly depressions is crossing the • South Island. The forecast is for moderate to strong north-westerly winds reaching gale force at times in exposed positions and hacking hy to-morrow to southerly. Weather somewhat squally and changeable with occasional showers. Temperatures cooler to-morrow. Seas rough.
