FOUND IN TOULON “FLEA ' MARKET’’ On exhibition at the Tate Gallery 13 a recently discovered painting by John Singleton Copley (.1737-1815), Americanborn member of the,Royal Academy. The picture is that of a little girl playing with a dog. Credit for the discovery bo tongs to Francis J. AlcEwen, arlint, who has lent the picture to the gallery.
