OXFORD RUGBY TEAM FOR CALIFORNIA.
COOPER AS CAPTAIN. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Dopy right) LONDON, Feb. 4. The New Zealander, M. McG. Cooper (late of Massey College), who lfi,s been chosen to play for Scotland against Ireland on February 22, is to captain a strong Oxford University Rugby team, including Prince Obolensky, which is going to California in March. The team will be playing five matches, and will make its headquarters at Hollywood.
