Received Tuesday, 7.50'p.m. LONDON, Dec. 3. There were remarkable disclosures <>. ! ' conditions in the poor quarters of ilitncheator at the inquiry into the death ol' a four months old girl. Evidence revealed that the father with six children —two boys aged lit' teen and live and three girls, aged ten, eight and six years, together with the baby, slept in one bed. The baby was smothered by the bedclothes.
