Motorist Gets Damages Against "Jay Walker"
NEW INSURANCE POLICY. LONDON, Dec. 3. As the outcome of a Sheffield motorist securing £3O damages against a pedestrian "walking to the public danger," a leading London insurance iirm has introduced a new policy to cover pedestrian third party risks. A nominal premium insures against this risk, which threatens to become common, also against claims by people bitten by.dogs or injured by golf balls.
