MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
BAGBT REMANDED.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day.
W. S. Bagby was before the Police Court charged with manslaughter arising from the death of Mrs Elizabeth Short, who was knocked down by a motor car on Monday evening. Accused was remanded on bail of £2OOO. The police have taken possession of his car.
