AFTER THREE YEARS IN THE IGF (Received. This Day, 11.35 a.m.) VANCOUVER,' Aug. 13. Radio reports state that the AmumJ sea exploring ship Maude is free from the ice and is going to Nome. After being frozen in the northern ice and drifting helplessly for three years the vessel is now reported off East Cape, Siberia, She should reach Nome in a fortnight. It is presumed there are fifteen aboard.
