N.S.W. MINERS TO STRIKE. (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, August 14. At a meeting of the Top Hands Association,' held at West Maitland, " at which there were representatives of 74 miners lodges in the Northern Field, it was unanimously resolved that, in view of th'e failure of the coal tribunal, to hear the claims of #ie miners, aggregate meetings be held on Monday, and that members be recommended to cease work forthwith. This decision was reached without reference to or the consent of the Federal Council of the Miners' Federation now sitting in Sydney.
