JOHNSONVILLE SALE,
There was the usual amount of slock yarded yesterday at Johnsonvitle, and although the market was erratic, prices on the whole must he considered satisfactory, considering the quality of the stock yarded. Ox hcef made as high as £2 per hundred. We quote; Sheep—Best wethers 23s 6d, lOd, to 23s sd; light 18s 3d, 18s lOd, VM Id to 20s 2d; best ewes 18s lOd to Ids Id; small 14s 6d;.best lambs 10s; others 12s, 12s 6d to 14s 6d. Cattle: Best bullocks £l4 5s to £ls 15s; others £l3 12s 6d, £l3 to £l3 12s 6d; best cows £7. £8 ss: others, plain, £5 12s 6d>. £6 2s Gd, £G 17s Gd. Best vealers £3 us to £4 11s; others £2 la, £2 ss, £2 9s/ £2 10s to £2 15s.
