Otaki Borough Poll.
* CAN BE VALIDATED. Mr J. P. Brandon, Chairman of the Otaki T6wn Board, yesterday recoived a telegram' from Mr W. H. Field, M.P., as follows:—"Glad to report that Crown Law Office have advised that the poll can be validated by Order-in-Council, which will be issuqd accordingly. '' The Under-Secretary of the Internal Affairs Department to-day wired confirming the above, and states it will not be necessary to take a further poll.
