H.M.S. ACHILLES
Mediterranean Service

H.M.S. Achilles, which was commissioned as a ship of the New Zealand division of the Royal -Navy on March 31 last and has since been completing her refit and carrying out commissioning practices off Gibraltar, is now to be attached to the Mediterranean Fleet for a period of service before she sails for New Zealand waters. A further announcement will be made concerning her movements and date of arrival in New Zealand when the length of her service with the Mediterranean Fleet is finally decided upon.
