Relief Work Available

The New Zealand Farmers' Union has received advice from the Minister of Employment, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, that following inquiries regarding the availability of relief labour for the purpose of dealing with all noxious weeds on the same basis as Tagworth, it has been decided to extend the existing provisions in relation to the eradication of ragwort so that they will apply to all noxious weeds.
