BRIDGE PARTY
Plunket Baby Competition Another successful bridge party to aid the lands of the Plunket Society photographic competition was held at the home of Mrs. C. Bates, Henry street, Hastings, when the hostesses were Mrs. C. Bates and Mrs. C. A. Hendry. Four tables for auction bridge were set in the dining room and six tables tor contract in the drawing room, both looms being gay with bowls ot mixed Howers and huge log fires. During the afternoon tea was handed round. The prizes were won by Mrs. Dawson, auction and Mrs. G. Dyer, contract. Among those present were Mesdamcs 11. Al. Bishop, E. Gifford. II Lawlor, •I.
