Sellers’ Limits Too High LARGE WITHDRAWALS (Received 6, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, May fi. Tho third series of wool sales was opened with an offering of 10,097 bales, including 4888 New Zealand, and 7947 were sold. The selection was good and representative. Competition was rather active, chiefly from the home trade. Business, however, was checked by sellers’ high limits, resulting in large withdrawals. New Zealand greasy crossbred: Highheld, top price 12d, average 9jd.
