H.B. Buyer for Waikato Property (P? Telezranh-Presa Association.’ HAMILTON-, April 24. A 2000-acre sheep farm at Teakaii, near Raglan, the property of Mr Neil McDougall, has been sold to Mr Kirk, Hawke’s Bay, for £lB,OOO. This provides a further instance of the great activity in land dealing in the Waikato. ‘Numerous smaller properties are changing hands, many being cash transactions.
