Swerve Into Tree By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 15. Swerving into a tree at Ponsonby, a motor cyclist, Air Thomas William Wells, of Grey Lynn, was killed on Saturday evening. Mr Wells was riding up the road on his way home when be hit a tree, receiving the full force o 1 ’ the impact on his head. lie was taken to hospital in the ambulance, but was dead on arrival.
