British Labour’s Attitude LONDON. Juno 20. Mr. W. Lunn (Lab.), moving the reduction of tho vote for the Dominions Office in the debate in the House of Commons, said Labour was willing to co-operate in the development of the Empire as long as it was for the welfare of its peoples and not for the enrichment of individuals. Migration at present offered no opportunities.
