BRITISH PREMIER
Willing to Test Electorate LONDON, June 20. In the House of Commons Mr J. Maxton (Labour) asked if the Prime Minister did not think that the House should have tho opportunity to discuss the situation created by what was virtually a new Government. Mr Stanley Baldwin: No, I do not agree, and if Mr Maxton has any doubt about the feeling of tho country 1 am perfectly prepared to test it as early as he likes. (Laughter and cheers). Mr Maxton: If the Prime Minister is anxious to consider* my feelings, let the election be to-morrow. Mr George Lansbury, Leader of the Opposition, said he would give notice for discussion.
