CHURCH “SHOP”
Successful Taradale Fixture A very successful “shop” was licld iu All Saints’ Parish Hall, Taradale, on Wednesday afternoon. Generous gilts of produce and other goods wore contributed by parishioners, and the jubilee fund benefited greatly as a result of the slipport given. Mesdames Frost and Miller were in charge of the produce stall, Mesdnmes Bennett and Bradley cakes, Mrs Herd plain anil fancy, Mesdames Butcher and Golden and Mirs N. Meehan sweets, and .Mesdames Smith, Clayton and Misses Dumble, Anderson and Sutherland the tearooms. The “shop” was organised by the All Saints’ Ladies’ Guild, to whom thanks are grntelully accorded.
