JOYLANDS CABARET

Joylaud’s Cabaret at Westsbore was a popular rendezvous for dancers at Napier and the district on Saturday evening. The recent cold snap has induced many people to don their evening clothes and begin once again the popular winter pastime. The cabaret has been much improved in appearance, having been gayly decorated with coloured streamers. Around the walls there are a number of hand-painted plaques. Extra warmth has been provided by the additional electric heaters installed in the various corners of the hall. Air W. MitcbcH's orchestra, of four instruments provided excellent music on Saturday night, and one and all appeared to spend a thoroughly enjoyable evening dancing.
