The annual general meeting of the Hawkes’ Bay Rugby Union will be held in the Napier Chamber of Commerce rooms to-night at 7.30 o’clock.

A meeting of citizens and young men interested iu the setting up of a club for providing entertainment and physical activities for the youths of Hastings will be held in the Drill Hall on Monday evening.

The official opening of the Parkvale Golf Club will be held to-morrow afternoon at 1.30. All members, intending members and members of other clubs are invited to participate. A mixed foursome will be played.
