“HEALTH AND HAPPINESS”
Bee-Keepers’ Slogan “Honey, health, happiness,” was the slogan of the Hawke’s Bay branch of the National Bee-keepers’ Association at the Autumn Show yesterday, when they had an excellent display of implements, bees and bee products in the produce shed. A glass-sided frame of bees showed to the unitiated just how the little busy bee improves the shining hours, while an interesting collection of honey wine, mead, vinegar, etc., showed to what purposes the resultant product can be put. The display was excellent and attracted considerable attention.
