The “Daily Telegraph” states that a three«day debate on unemployment in the House of Commons is an ■interesting parliamentary experiment, with non-party pooling of ideas. Though front-benchers will lead for the Government the Opposition intends to give back-benchers greater opportunities than normally to submit suggestions.
