GOVERNMENT'S CONDITIONS. PERMISSION TO VISIT RUMANIA. (United Press Association—By CablwCopyright.) (Received 31, .10.30 a.tn.) Buohamt, Oct. , 30. The Government has offered Princess Helen the following conditions without alternatives-. (1) A sum equal to what she received prior to the reduction of the entire Civil List and State employees’ salaries, or nearly £14,000; (2) permission to visit Rumania, residing where the Government desires. Princess Helen is given until tomorrow to reply.
