TO RECOVER TAXATION. PERSONAL SEARCH AUTHORISED. (United Press Association-By CableCopyrighL) (Received 1, 10.50 a.m.) Warsaw, Aug. 31. Driven to desperation at the growing deficit due to the shrinkage in taxation revenue, the Government has issued an emergency decree authorising tax collectors to enter a defaulter’s house at any hour of the day or night and personally search him or his house for money or valuables with which he can discharge the obligation.
