DIFFICULTY IN ARRANGING MATCHES. KARASICK DROPS A BOMBSHELL. By Telegraph—Press Association Wellington, July 23. The Wrestling Union is having considerable difficulty in arranging matches as most of the Americans are under contract to Australian promoters. Karasick has dropped a bombshell by stating that he has to leave for Australia on Tuesday. He is booked to meet Wilson at Christchurch on Monday, and in order to catch the boat he is flying back to Wellington early on Tuesday. The Russian’s other engagements in New Zealand have had to be cancelled. In the meantime, he is very disappointed, as he considers that he can make more money in New Zealand than in Australia.
