RURAL INTERMEDIATE CREDITS. CONFERENCE OF ASSOCIATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, June 14. Representatives of the Rural Intermediate Credit Board and the Co-opera-tive Rural Intermediate Credit associations of the Taranaki, Wanganui, Manawatu, Hawke’s Bay and Wairarapa districts met in conference to discuss the agenda for forty remits dealing with farm finance. The chairman, Mr. Norton Francis, stated that as the result of nearly five years operations loans had been authorised amounting to close on £1,000,000.
A message was read from the Premier thanking all members of the associations for voluntary work in administering the scheme.
