RIFLE SHOOTING
WAIPUKURAU DEFENCE CLUB ANNUAL LADIES’ DAY. On Saturday afternoon members of the Waipukurau Defence Rifle Club held their annual ladies’ day, E. Haldane winning the shoot and taking the trophy for Miss Main. In the ladies’ match Mrs Renner and Mrs Chambertied with the excellent score of 19 out of 25, Mrs Renner taking the prize in the count back. Details are ns follow: E. T.
