The Fortesque ease at Honolulu awaits the grand jury’s meeting on Tuesday after failure to reach a decision after examining 32 witnesses and deliberating for three hours whether to bring the defendants to trial. These proceedings aro secret under American law and nolhing ivill be announced before Tuesday.
