CAUSE OF DEATH
An absent-minded doctor had been attending a patient, who died, and tire doctor issued a certificate of dl (th. |ome time later he received an ag tated telephone ring to say that the certificate was not in order. He impatiently asked the relatives to bring the certificate in. fully believing that they were making a fuss about some trivial error or omission. But when he saw the document he became apologetic. lb had signed his name in the space reserved for "Uause of Death!”
