A SUDDEN DEATH
MAN’S BODY FOUND ON LAWN.
Mr. George Kelly, a well-known figure in Hastings, was found lying dead on the lawn fronting Mr. G. W. Wellman’s apartments for gentlemen, situated in Nelson street, near Jesmond House.
Mr. Kelly occupied one of the rooms, and, at 12.30 this afternoon, Mr. Wellman was horrified to see the body stretched on the green, quite dead. From evidences it is considered that the deceased was seized with a haemorrhage just before he expired. He iias relatives in Napier. Au inquest will be held.
