SEQUEL TO MOTOR FATALITY
TWO MEN TO STAND THEIR TRIAL. New Plymouth, November 11. Douglas Lobb and Sydney George Bellringer, of New Plymouth, were committed to the Supreme Court for trial after pleading not guilty to charges of negligently driving cars on Devon road, thereby causing the death of Lawrence Jordan, aged 12. Each was admitted to bail on his own recognisance of £lOO. The case arose out of a fatality on Devon road, near the Show Grounds.
