SINGLE CUP MATCH. POVERTY BAY BEAT WAIROA. Wairoa, Aug. 17. Men's representative hockey played here to-day for the Single Cup and badges between Wairoa (holders) and Poverty Bay (challengers) resulted in the trophy being lifted by the visitors, who were much superior and won by two goals to nil.
