WEDDING.
PEPPER—MULHOLLAND.
The Presbyterian Church, Hastings, was the scene of a quiet but pretty wedding on Tuesday last, when the Rev. D. J. Shaw joined in matrimony Isabella Ann Mulholland, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs T. Mulholland, of Hastings and Bernard Pepper, third son of Mrs PepperScott, also of Hastings. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, looked very dainty in a frock of pale pink georgette, with tight fitting bodice and full skirt with panne velvet facings a slightly darker shade «o tone. A posy at the waist was worn to match a becoming baudeau of pale pink. An early Victorian bouquet completed the bridal toilette. The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Jean Mulholland, of Napier, who wore a pretty frock of mauve georgette and corsage of silver metallic tissue. Mr. Gordon Scott, brother of the bridegroom, carried out the duties of best man.
After the ceremony a few relatives and friends were entertained at the home of the bride’s parents. Mrs Mulholland wearing a navy blue costume and bat to match. Mi's Pepper-Scott wore a silver grey marocnin frock trimmed with floral crepe-de-chine, a smart black silk coat and hat to match.
