N.S.W. WOOL PRODUCTION.
A RECORD OUTPUT YEAR. Sydney, Aug. 11. According to the estimate of the Government Statistician, 495,820,000 pounds of greasy wool was produced in New South Wales during the year ended June 30. This is 91,165 000 pounds or 22J per eent greater tlian the previous record total reached in 1911.
The value of the clip is estimated at £35,237,000 which is £714,000 less than the recoril value realised in 192425. The sheep and lambs shorn numbered 51,880,000.
