MEANING OF WOWSER PLEASE?
(To the Editor.) Sir, —I read a letter in the “Tribune” of 30th June, 1927, Binned Nat Beamish, in which he says the wowsers will find tile answer to their spot. Now. would Mr Beamish tell your readers what the meanins of the word wowser is? I don’t think it is in the dictionary.—L am. etc.,
