STORM IN JAPAN.
LOSSES ON LAND AND SEA. (Received 24, 1.45 p.m.) Tokio, Dec. 23. Northern Japan is storm-swept. The losses are reported to include 20 fishing boats which capsized. One hundred and fifty fishermen are missing. Numbers of houses were destroyed and 40 vessels were wrecked. aU vessels were wrecked.—(Reuter.)
