The Hon. the Minister of Marine telegraphs as follows for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day:--The indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong with a westerly tendency. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather. The night will probably be very cold. Barometer rising slowly.
