AMBASSADORS IN AGREEMENT. (Received 16. 9.45 a.m.) London, Alarch 15. The conference of Ambassadors reached a decision on the Polish frontiers. It is understood that those fixed in accordance with the treaty signed at Riga between Russia and Poland will be maintained, while those provisionally established between Lithuania and Poland will be almost maintained, the town of Vihia remaining with Poland.—(Reuter.)
