MARAROA HELD UP.
STOKERS REFUSE TO SIGN ON. Wellington, Oct. 18. A dispute Jias occurred regarding tho stokehold complement of tho Mararoa. Men refused to sign on new articles to-day. The matter has been referred to the head office of the Union Company. It is not known yet whether the vessel will sail for Lyttelton as usual.
