LATE NEWS Irish Conference
PRELIMINARIES SETTLED. ULSTER REPRESENTATION. (Received 18, 2.25 p.m.) London, Oct. 17. The Irish Conference sat for two hours to-day. It is understood that they settled most of the preliminary and will get to serious business tomorrow when they will probably discuss the question widening representation, and inviting Ulster delegates.— (A. and N.Z.)
