BELGIUM’S BRISTLING FRONTIERS. London, Oct. 17. Tho “Daily News” Brussels correspondent states that the Colonial Minister, speaking at the International Commercial Conference, said: “Are we always to see our frontier bristling with fresh obstacles in the shape of customs barriers? The greatest obstacle to the definite reestablishment of normal conditions is anything hampering international commercial relations.” —(A. and N.Z.)
