THE DEAD MINISTER.
MILITARY FUNERAL TO-DAY. Invercargill, Feb. 7. The late Hon. Dr. R. McNab was accorded a military’ funeral to-day. The Hon. James Allen (Acting Premier), the Hon. G. W. Russell, the Hon. AV. Fraser, the Hon. AW D. S. MacDonald, the Hon. J. A. Hanan, the Hon. James McGibbon, anti several members of Parliament and heads of departments were present. Business premises were closed and thou sands lined the streets as the cortege passed. Messages of sympathy were received from all parts of the Dominion, also from Sir Ernest Shackleton, Lieutenant Stenhouse, and Captain Davis.
