The-judges of the Racing Conference dismissed the appeal of E. Amyes, owner of Oxenhope, against his disqualification by the Dunedin Jockey Club, on the grounds that he wilfully made a false statement when be backed the horse for £22, whereas the investments were not for himself and he had failed to supply information and to perform the acts required by the judges.
