CATHOLICS AND PATRIOTISM. (Received 13, 10.40. a.m.) Sydney, Feb. 13. Cardinal Moran, referring to charges of unpatriotism among Catholics, said he trusted true patriotism would always be the heritage of Australia. SYDNEY HARBOUR. Sydney, Feb. 13. Mr. Lance, one of the Harbour Trust Commissioners, estimates that in five years Sydney will have double the deep-sea wharf accommodation which she now has. He greatly praised the recently-adopt-ed day-labour system.
