OUTRAGE BY A NEGRO.
Pahiatua, Feb. 13. At the Police Court, Henry Walker was committed for trial on a charge of theft of a watch and jewellery from a dwelling in Mangatainoka.
A negro named John Jackson was committed for trial on charges of indecently assaulting two little girls of eight and nine years of age.
