The Russians discovered at Mukden 40 modern cannon and vaat stores of ammunition. Berlin, Ootober 29. The Berlin Post states that Germany entered into an agreement with Britain in order to prevent a separate KuesoBritish understanding, and adds that the Anglo-German agreement leaves Russia a free hand in Manohuria. Austria, Hungary, Italy, and Japan oonour in the agreement.
