MR REID'S CAMPAIGN.
VIGOROUS ATTACK OF GOVERNMENT POLICY. Beceived Juno 14, 1.15 a.m. Sydney, Wednesday In the Assembly Mr Reid resumed the debate on the Address-in' Reply. He is making a vigorous onslaught; on the general policy of the Government. He condemned the appointment of Mr Barton as Federal delegate without consulting the House, after the promise that the Government would not do so. It is understood that he will conclude by moving a want-of-confidonce motion.
