PREMIERS' CONFERENCE.
THE NEW GUINEA QUESTION. Deceived January 34, 1.15 a.m. Melbgubne, Monday. The Conference of the Premiers of Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland decided to continue to pay the cost of the administration of New Guinea out of the accumulated surplus till March 31st. Another conference will be held later on to decide on the course of action. With reference to the cabled statement that the New Guinea land syndicate concession had been disallowed, the Premier states that nothing officially is knows about it. '
