Several residents of Gattb'h have recognised Burgess as a visitor to that Ideality at about the time the murders weie committed-. EVIDENCE AGAINST BURGESS. Be'oelved January 13, 10.55 p.m. Brisbane, Friday. A settler at Tobw'ooiriba states that Burgess came to his house for food. He told him two women and a man had been murdered, and that the man was shot. This statement was made before it was known the man had been shot.
